He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Tracy Theobald (Steve) of Petersburg, Todd Regnier (Dana) of Petersburg, Laura Addington (Jason) of Sylvania and Brian Regnier (Crystal) of Erie; his siblings, Anne Bremiller and Richard "Dave" Regnier (Gail); his grandchildren, Andrew Theobald (Brittani), Melyssa Theobald, Karmi Koehl, Dylon Theobald (Abagail), Sarah Regnier, Tyler Regnier (Amber), Audrey Addington (James Addington), Christopher Regnier, Briana Regnier, Brody Regnier and Carly Regnier; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Katelyn, Evan, Caleb, Madison, Damon and Benjamin.
