She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Scipaio and Clearmont Reid (Caldwell); her husband Oliver Glen Beasley, Sr.; her siblings, James Wade, Scipio Reid, Jr. and Helene Farris; and her grandchildren, Maurice Beasley, Crystal Weatherspoon and Keosha Beasley.
She is survived by: her children, Oliver Glen Beasley, Jr. (LaWanda), Wendy Smith (Eric), Alphonso Beasley (Beverly), Michael Beasley and Marvin Beasley (Levitta); her siblings, Dorie Reid (Priscilla), Baylee Reid, Gloria Morgan (Charlie) and Muriel Reeves (Anthony); her sisters-in-law, Edna White (Robert) and Ida Reid; and her grandchildren, Paul, Darnell, Brittany, Tanisha, Olivia, Hannah and Marketta. She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
