He is survived by: his brother Melvin Edwards (Mina); his aunt Armena Jones; his uncle Robert Edwards; his nieces and nephews, Patricia McDaniel, Pamela Andrews (Britten), Dontray Edwards, Eric Diaz (Kamela) and Melvin D. Edwards II; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Britni, Yolanda, Michael and Thomas.
