She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis C. F. and Gwendolyn X. Cowell (Stephenson); her husband Robert "Bob" Depew; and her sisters, Glenda Polhemus (Van) and Byllye Kay Wilson (Don).
She is survived by: her children, Lynnette Forman (Chris) and Bobby W. W. Depew (Kim); her grandsons, Gregory C. Forman (Alexandra Moauro), R. Damon Depew (Katrice), Garyt C. Forman, William W. Depew (Whitley) and Jordan W. Depew; and her great grandchildren, Robert Samuel Depew and Winona Corrinne Depew. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Shiawassee County Humane Society or to Hospice House of Mid-Michigan.
