He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Thomas Cook of Perry and Jody Dilday (Ken) of Pickford; his daughter-in-law Katherine "Kat" Cook; and his siblings, Susan Roberts (Michael), Wesley Cook (Rae Clise) and Richard Cook (Phyllis). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
