He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon "Chuck" and Evelyn M. Depew (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Sonya C. Cowell; his children, Robert W. W. Depew (Kim) and Lynnette M. Forman (Chris); his grandsons, Gregory C. Forman, R. Damon Depew (Katrice), Garyt C. Forman, William W. Depew (Whitley) and Jordan W. Depew; and his sisters, Madeline Barker (Dick) and Shirley Smith (Duane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
