He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Hilts and Irene Hilts (Martin); and his wife Rhonda Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Casey Hilts and Brittany Bindschatel (Jeremy); his grandson William Brown; and his siblings, Chris Cords, Alice Hart (Don), Terry Hilts (Corrine) and Rich Hilts (Cathy).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Perry Church of the Nazarene (3100 Ellsworth Rd, Perry, MI 48872). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Cemetery (1864 W Ellsworth Rd, Perry, MI 48872).
Memorial Contributions in Michael's name are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
