She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Rhinevault and Frances Rhinevault (Schneider); her son Forest Wayne; and her siblings, Betty, Beverly Ann and Milton.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Putnam; and her children, Noel Rutter, Sarah Grumblatt (Steve), Brice Putnam and Bruce Putnam, Jr.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
