She is survived by: her parents, William Mathew Korpela and Christine Marie Hartig; her husband Chris; her stepdaughter Jennifer Klein (Scott); her granddaughter Adelaide Klein; and her siblings, Amy Goodnow (Fritz), Anne VanDyke (Richard), Kate Shavrnoch (Rick), Susan Lawrence (Michael), John Korpela, Joseph Korpela and Bridget Sears (Jason).
