It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leevon Lewis (Perry, Michigan), who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughters, Catherine Knox and Grace Lewis; and his parents, Cullen Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis-Hazel. He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Mitchell, Darren Lewis, Melvalyn Lewis, Beverly Malone, Cynthia Lewis, Gurtherine Hughes of Gurdon, Shirley Gulley of Gurdon and Sidney Lewis of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by five grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; nineteen nieces; thirteen nephews and other relatives and friends.
