He is survived by: his parents, Mary Ziegler and James Johnson; his stepmother Lynn Johnson; his siblings, Janice Johnson and James Johnson, Jr.; his nephew Christopher Christensen (Kris); and his nieces, Brandi Gruesbeck (Adam), Jennifer Mullins (Kendall) and Marissa Kissee (Dean Gill). He is also survived by friends, and co-workers.
