He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, Mary O'Neill (Timothy), Steven Stack (Jennifer), Andrew Stack (Jeanine) and Christopher Stack (Kim); his grandchildren, Kelly O (Neill), Matthew Stack (Krista), Kristy O'Neill, Elizabeth Stack, XanDer Stack, Victoria Stack, XanTh Stack (Samantha) and Kevin O'Neill (Jasmine); and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Elliott, Theodore, Sullivan Stack and Lena O'Neill.
Due to current health concerns, social distancing and facial coverings will be observed.
