He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Chapman (late Vicki). He is survived by: his mother Lillie Chapman (Griffin) of Perry; his daughters, Nicole Sowa (Steve) of Westland, Savannah Chapman of Howell and Lisa Willard of Arizona; his siblings, Alvin Chapman of Perry, Donald Chapman (Sandee) of Alabama, Marilyn Howell (Bob) of Pennsylvania and Kay Pluger (Marvin) of Rodney, MI; his grandchildren, Gabrial, Gavin and Ronnie; and his friend Aaron. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the increase in Covid cases, funeral services will be private to DuWayne's immediate family only.
Memorial contributions given in DuWayne's name are suggested to the Shiawassee Conservation Association.
