She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Reynolds and Marquerite Reynolds (Edwards); her siblings, Twila DeFreese and Dale Reynolds; her sons, Garry, Brian, John David and Kim Swartz; her children-in-law, Ralph Cozart and Judith Swartz; her grandson Joshua Cozart; and her great grandchild Huckston Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Swartz (Tamera), Mark Swartz (Stacey), Laurie Fortine (Tim) and Leslie Krenek (Bill).
