She is survived by: her children, Cinda (John Karlik), Rosemary (Bryan Karlik), Louis Blair, Larry Blair, Terry (Sheryl Blair), Gary (Tammy Blair), Burt (Kendra Blair) and Kurt (Trinity Blair); her grandchildren, Keshia Hatfield (Steven), Kiley Trefil (Dillon), Laura Karlik, Mackenzy Blair (Tessa), Mackauly Blair (Emily), Dustin Karlik (Shelby), Nathan Karlik, Caleb Fifelski (Brittany), Nicholas Karlik, Cole Blair (Megan), McKayla Blair, Jillian Blair, Dezmond Blair and Kyle LaMadline (Jenna); and her great grandchildren, Anderson, Hayleigh, Tavin, Allie, Tenley, Clayton, Callum, Hadley, Henry, Landen, Dallas, Oaklynn, Kenzley, Sawyer and Layne.
