She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Garris and Ethel Garris (Osborn); her grandchildren, Kirk Adams and Teresa Adams; and her sister Shirley Barker (Jerry).
She is survived by: her husband David D. Upton; and her children, Judy Adams (Ken Pung), Karen Coleman, Jeff Taylor (Kandy Litwiller) and Toni Vanderstow (Brad). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
