He was predeceased by: his parents, John Werbish and Mary Werbish (Krupa); his former wife Linda Werbish (Zimmerman); and his sister-in-law Linda Werbish. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Cena Antes (Doug) of Perrinton, Raelyn Zeilinger (Zach) and Renae Werbish; his grandsons, Colton and Nicholas; and his siblings, Marie Buxton (Ken) of Lansing, John Werbish of Lansing and Al Werbish (Jan) of St. Johns.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
