It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Helms of Perrinton, Michigan, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy and Mary Helms Sr. (Curtis); his son Darrin Helms; and his brother Percy Helms Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Sherman; his daughter Daunie Young; and his grandchildren, Andrew McDonald, Mikayla Wright, Ashley Helms, Katelyn Wright and Jeremy Helms. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
