With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Lane of Perrinton, Michigan, born in Saint Johns, Michigan, who passed away on October 12, 2020 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Lane to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Orlo Smalley; her stepfather James Wickman; her daughter Rebecca; her brother Phillip Smalley; and her brothers-in-law, Rick Michael and Terry Lane.

She is survived by: her mother Norma Smalley (Downing) of Sheridan; her former husband Rodney Charles Lane; her husband Rod; her daughter Allison Jo Lane of Perrinton; her sisters, Kay Morrison (Wayne) and Linda Michael; and her siblings-in-law, Patrick Lane (Sue), Dickie Lane (Mary), Melanie Barnett (Barney) and Peggy Lane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Open Doors Fellowship to send children to church camp.
