She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Hempsted and Ruth Hempsted (Wyman); her husband Warren Eugene Guernsey; her sister Patricia Rose Hempsted; her sisters-in-law, Joann, Mary and Carol Hempsted; and her brother William Warren Hempsted.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Sue Askegard (Ronald) of Perrinton, MI, Denise Kay Taylor of Perrinton, MI and Chris Lee Guernsey of Middleton, MI; her grandchildren, Nathan Lee Reniewicz (Andrea) of Perrinton, MI, Kenneth Michael Taylor (Cherie) of Middleton, MI, Michelle Marie Ryan (Brent) of Perrinton, MI, Cameron Lewis Guernsey of Ithaca, MI and Christie Jo Meyer (Brian) of Pinckney, MI; her great grandchildren, Valerie and Whitney Reniewicz of Perrinton, MI; her grandchildren, Haley Taylor of Perrinton, MI, Brittany Price of St. Johns, MI, Ashley Verway (John) of Perrinton, MI, Kennedi, Kerrigan, Kollin Ryan of Perrinton, MI, Abigail, Conner, Lydia Guernsey of Ithaca, MI, Addison and Colby Meyer of Pinckney, MI; and her siblings, Betty Lou Dunn (James) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Sharon Margaret McCluskey (Brian), Robert Lawrence Hempsted of Perry, MI and Larry Andrew Hempsted of Shelby Township, MI.. She is also survived by Mom will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
