He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gary Caesar, Norma Romanczuk, Joyce Snell and Kitty Burns; and his sister-in-law Nancy Caesar.
He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Louise "Peggy" Caesar (Tipton); his children, Steve Caesar (Angelia) of Ithaca, MI and Susie Alcaraz of Perrinton, MI; his foster son Richie Ritenburgh (Melissa) of Maple Rapids, MI; his grandchildren, Benjamin Caesar (Hannah Livingston), Amanda Caesar (Lee Moe) and Sadie Ritenburgh; and his brothers, Donald Caesar (Karen), James Caesar, Calvin Caesar and Michael Caesar. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
