He is survived by: his wife Eileen Sinnaeve; his children, Joseph Phillips (Julie), James Phillips, Charles Phillips (Laurie), William Phillips (Marchelle), Sherry Palequin (John), Mara McInerney (Richard), Pepsi Lynn Cherry and Victoria Cerny; and his siblings, Raymond Phillips (Bonnie), Rodney Phillips (Linda), Dawn LaVigne (Arland), Lorna Ayala (Angel) and John Sarasin. He is also survived by 39 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a special cousin.
