It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Arlene Smith of Pentwater, Michigan, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clayton William "Hap" Smith; and her son-in-law Kurt Baker. She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Smith (Francisca), Dennis A. Smith (Laurie), Richard J. Smith (Debra) and Bonnie Jo Baker; and her grandchildren, Roel Smith (Emily), Emilia Ackerman (Peter), Ryan Buikema (Mary Jane), Chad Buikema (Cathy), Jason Buikema (Nicole), Alyssa Vera (Luis), Lisa Smith (Sandy) of Tina Smith, TJ, Melissa McClintock (Shawn), David Scott Baker (Kate) and Tony Baker (Ashleigh). She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
