He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cornelisen and Pauline Cornelisen; and his daughter Erika Cornelisen (Eno). He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his sons, Dana Cornelisen (Sandra) of San Antonio and Christopher Cornelisen (Amy) of Mapua. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
