She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Yops and Catherine Yops (Carroll); her husband Gerald Allan Emery; her son Jeffrey John Emery; and her siblings, Thomas Yops, Carol Yops and Mary Jane Stich.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Emery (Alison Swanderski) and Jane Rutledge (Don); her grandchildren, Jill O'Guin (Bryan), Kevin Emery (Britney), Kyle Emery, Adam Emery, Nicholas Zimmerman and Gavin Swanderski; and her great grandchild Hadley Rose O'Guin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
