She is survived by: her siblings, Bruce, Gerald and Marjorie Lentz (Bates); her husband Jesse; her children, Kenneth Neil Hepworth, Ronald Lee Hepworth (LouAnn) and Sharon Christine Stevens (Charles); her grandchildren, Jennifer Gemmill (Joe), William J. Hepworth, Scott Hepworth (Danelle), Craig Hepworth (Allen), Adam Stevens (Molly) and Joshua Stevens (Heather); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Hepworth and Kathryn Belk (Hepworth). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
