He is survived by: his wife Denise Jones (Slocum); his sons, Tad and Jacob; his siblings, Gary, Jeff (Julie), JoEllen Peterson and Ted (Brenda); his friend Marianne Berry (Steve); and his grandsons, Tad and Eli. He is also survived by the many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
