He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Barlow and Grace Medsker Barlow (Porter); his wife Margaret Jacobson; his daughters, Sherri Wheeler (Craig) of Oklahoma and Melanie Lay (Dan Basler) of Oklahoma; his faithful Newfoundland; his pets, Ben and Ruby; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Martz (Larry) of Ludington, Robert Jacobson Jr. (Linda) and Charles "Buzz" Jacobson (Debbie) of Freesoil. He was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
