He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his mother Janet Kokx; and his brother Robby Kokx. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Angela Van Liere (Jordan), Nicholas Kokx (Holly), Jessica Atwood (Jordan) and Nicole Krikke (Ryan); his father Harry Kokx; his stepmother Phyllis Kokx; and his siblings, David Kokx (Nora) and Beth Alvesteffer (Daryl). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
