It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Eugene Heydenberk of Pentwater, Michigan, born in Hart, Michigan, who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Heydenberk and Edith Heydenberk (Hazen); and his siblings, Virginia Matthews (Roger), Eula Payne, Ilene Rummer (Robert), Myrna Trommater (Gene), Shirley VanDenHeuvel (Gerald), Everett Heydenberk (Chris) and Wilbur Heydenberk (Margaret).
He is survived by: his wife Anna Heydenberk (Merten); his children, Craig Heydenberk (Patricia), Lori Ann Totten (Jeffrey) and DiAnn DeGroot (Theodore); his grandchildren, Nicole Totten (John Durante), Zachary Totten (Hannah), Kala Pozivilko (David) and Ana DeGroot; his great grandchild Maya Joann Totten; and his sister Donna Essenberg (Robert).
