He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robbins and Ada Robbins (Hudson); and his wife Raeone Oteva Robbins (Graham). He is survived by: his children, Betsy Carr (Garry), Scott Robbins (Jennifer), Mark Robbins (Kandra) and David Robbins (Denise). He is also survived by 7 grand children, 8 great grand children.
