He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jack (Stacy) and Sarah Carter; his grandchildren, Breah and Hanah Carter; and his siblings, Dick (Mary), Don (Rita), Joe (Carrie), Mike Carter (Carol), Ruth (Jim), Parsons and Naomi Carter (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
