He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Malak and Rachel Malak (Clark); and his brother Frank Malak. He is survived by: his wife Lori Malak; his daughters, Jennifer Smith and Tina Osier (TJ Gough); his stepchildren, Kelly Vujnovich (Mike Ford), George Vujnovich (Shantel) and David Nastwold (Kaydin Lechowicz); his grandchildren, Sidney, Raymond, Tony, Adrianna, Kayden, Garrett, Annabelle, Caden and Kinslee; and his siblings, Stanley Malak, Frances Goodrich, Diane Curtis, Rachel Goodrich (Gerald) and Debbie Haydell (Mike).
