She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Glenn and Geleah Glenn (Kiggins); her husband Porter Dowler Jr; her children, Michael Dowler, Tom E. Dowler and Maria Floyd; and her grandchild Keyaira.

She is survived by: her children, Porter Dowler III (Sonya) of Baraga, Janie Minton (Kenny) of Alamogordo and Louise Dowler of Pelkie.
