It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Michaelson (Pelkie, Michigan), who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline "Carrie" Maki and Rupert Michaelson; and his siblings, Bruce and Susan. He is survived by: his wife Ida "Edie" Hyypio (Hyypio); his children, Jim (Michele), Mark (Karen), Nate (Cheryl), Neil, Robert (Jennifer), Maria Spencer (Mark) and Kristine Michaelson; his grandchildren, Joel (Naomi), Samantha, Grayson, Grant, Becky (Cale), Billy (Lexie), Andy, Liz (Jethro), Joe, Katy, Rochelle, Rikki, Kyle, Phillip, David, Nicklas, Jack and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Jared, Ellie, Hailee and Jenny. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews; and many neighbors and friends.
