He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Gantner and Carolyn Kyllonen (Kayramo); his brother Martin Danes; and his son-in-law Gilbert Quiniola. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Pelto; his children, Paula Quiniola of Waianae, HI, David of L'Anse and Craig (Mary) of St. Charles, MI; his granddaughters, Faith Rempe (Kurt), Hope Gantner, Amanda and Alexis Gantner; his sister Carolyn LeClaire; his siblings-in-law, Anita Lindblom, Martha Pelto, Jean Pelto and Mervin Pelto; and also Henry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
