It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew W. Heikkinen (Pelkie, Michigan), born in Hancock, Michigan, who passed away on January 9, 2017, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew E. Heikkinen and Ruth G. Heikkinen (Blum); his brothers, Larry and Ralph; and the mother of his children Donna Lynn.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew William and Matthew Allen; and his siblings, Mary Ellen "Sisty" Heikkinen of Elo, Mike Heikkinen (Elma), Tom Heikkinen (Jan) of Chassell and Gerald Heikkinen of Askel Hill. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
