He is survived by: his wife Krista Girard; his siblings, Robin Stotler (Jay), Brandi Melton (Neal), Julie Estanek, Ruthanne Herrick, Rusty Herrick (Brittani) and Brian Herrick; his sisters-in-law, Carie Bennett (Ron) and Marie Warren (Steven); and his brothers, Pete Warczinski and Rob Turner. He is also survived by husband and a great father to his kids.
