He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bulgrien and Iris Bulgrien (Heronemus). He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Wintermute; his wife Rebecca Kosal (Johnston) of Peck; his children, Becky Foster (Steve) of Sandusky, Kim Schweitzer (Mark) of Forestville, Jeff Kosal (Erica) of Peck and Chuck Kosal (Jen) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Ashley Stolicker (Brandon), Kaylee Foster (Zach Wichert), Katelyn, Mike Schweitzer, Brenna, Kendra, Mason Kosal, Kiera, Farah, Kaleena and Johnny Kosal; his great grandchildren, Adalyn and Lucas; his brothers, Ralph Bulgrien (Linda) of Snover, Rick Bulgrien (Deb) of Sandusky and Rex Bulgrien (Beth) of Osceola, Indiana; his siblings-in-law, Randy (Bev), Reg, Roger Johnston, Vern Schumacher, Wanda Davis and Virginia Pozsgay (Steve); and his close friend Chad Wolf. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
