He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Tapper Sr. and Jean Anne Tapper (Cavendar). He is survived by: his wife Linda Tapper (Prawat); his children, Shannon Johnson (Kurt), Kathryn Scott (Kristy) and Daniel Tapper (Amy); his grandchildren, Mara, Luke Johnson, Greyson, Harrison Scott, Henry and Emmy Tapper; and his siblings, John Tapper (Linda), Tom Tapper (Sheryl), Bill Tapper (Sue), Jim Tapper (Tammy), David Tapper (Susan), Michael Tapper, Steve Tapper (late Jerri) and Julie Gromek (late Ted). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
