He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Kuchek and Phyllis Kuchek (Price). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Kuchek (Milne); his daughters, Melissa Zavala and Stacy Kuchek; his granddaughters, Destiny Waldron, Caitlin Kuchek, Alexandra Wortman and Cecilia Zavala; and his brothers, Roger Kuchek (Carrie) and Bruce Kuchek.
