He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex J. Kussy and Margaret D. Kussy (Kristoff); and his brothers, Paul Kussy and Marvin Kussy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Kussy (Stacy); his daughters, Michelle Middlebrooks (Roy) and Anne Wendling (Ken); his grandchildren, Alex Wilder (Molly Keegan), Justin Middlebrooks, Mara Wilder, Kaylyn Middlebrooks and Catherine Wendling; and his siblings, Stephen Kussy (Michelle) and Marian Wojdak (Wendell). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to the Saint Joseph's Indian School.
