He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hinz and Josephine Hinz (Kamber). He is survived by: his wife Melissa Ann Sundblad; his children, Julie Frazee (Mark) of St. Joseph, Cheryl Hinz of Watervliet, Robin Hinz of Watervliet and Michael Hinz of Battle Creek; his grandchildren, Dr. Joseph "Joey" Frazee (Kasia Krzycka) of Indianapolis, Kelly Frazee of Grand Rapids and Levi Hinz (Brandi) of Watervliet; and his brothers, David Hinz (Mary Ann) of St. Joseph, Edward F. Hinz, Jr. of Tampa, FL and John Hinz of Cedar Springs, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
