He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Duell and Pauline Duell (Gazella); and his siblings, Hollis, Jerry Duell, Ora Navene Duell and Maxine Page.
He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Joyce; his children, Debra Harvey, Doris Duell, Denise Hopkins (Steve), Jon Duell, James Duell and Mark Duell (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Duell, Chase Duell (Rachel Perkins), Caitlin Hopkins, Madison Duell and Meghan Duell.
