He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Blett and Lucille Blett (Koss). He is survived by: his children, Raymond Matthew Blett (Michele), Melanie Mathis and Jeremy Hager (Julie); his grandchildren, Kaylee, Austin Blett, Stephanie Sutton, Cody Hounshell, Kyle Hounshell (Sara), Brandon Hounshell, Alyssa Mathis, Dana Marie, Kaden, Camden and Maddison Hager; his significant other Karen Eagle; and his brother Larry Blett. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
