He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Moreno and Delores Moreno-Culbertson (Tennant); his stepfather Arthur Culbertson; his grandparents, Jessie, Meria Moreno and Charlotte Smith; and his brother Joseph "Chuck" Moreno.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen McKee; his sons, Josh Moreno, Justin Moreno and James McKee; his granddaughter Kiara McKee; and his siblings, Paul Moreno (Patti) and Jackie Moreno-Arter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews as well as many close friends.
