He is survived by: his children, Marissa Jardine (Spencer) and Brandon Hazard (Courtney); his grandchildren, Piper Jardine, Elliott and Vivian Hazard; his stepmother Loraine Hazard; and his siblings, Theresa Hazard, Michelle Hazard, Virginia Kuehl (Steve), Joe Hazard (Julia), Mark Hazard, Tim Hazard (Carla) and Randy Hazard (Theresa).
