He was predeceased by: his parents, Tolbert McCoy and Norma McCoy; his children, Charity Mae, Michael Paul and Timothy Adam; and his siblings, Patricia, Jeanine, Thomas and Timothy.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sexton McCoy; his son Terry Steven; and his sister Carol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.
Michael was preceded in death by his daughter, Charity Mae, sons, Michael Paul and Timothy Adam, sisters, Patricia and Jeanine and brothers, Thomas and Timothy.
