He is survived by: his mother Barbara Lou Poffenberger (Rice); his wife Marilyn Poffenberger (Harlan); his children, Emily Hanson (Lance), Russell (Alexandra) and Steven Poffenberger; his siblings, David Poffenberger (Kelly), Sue Bender (Colynn) and Julie Barnes; and his grandchildren, Zander Hanson, Everly Hanson, Elena Poffenberger and Wyatt Poffenberger.
