She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hamilton and Hazel Hamilton (Douglas); her husband Ted Stanislawski; her former husband Jessie L. Joines; and her children, Anna Marie Scott and Jesse L. Joines, Jr..

She is survived by: her son Leslie Joines; and her grandchildren, Lora Knapp, Robbie Joines and Jenny Joines. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
